Returns and Refunds
You may return most new/unopened toy and cards sold and fulfilled by Toysayhello.com within 15 days of delivery for full refund (except shipping charges). Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return. The refunds are issued in the same account that was used for the payment (either credit card or PayPal).

Don't forget to include your order# in the return package. It's also advisable to send a quick email to support@toysayhello.com indicating you are returning an item with subject "Return Item: Order# xxx", where xxx is your order#.
