1) How to record message on toysayhello?
At checkout page you'll see tool to record a message. Click on "Allow" when it asks to give permission to record your message. To start recording, click on "Record" button and when you are done click on "Stop". You can play it back before saving to make sure you've recorded the message correctly. You can always "Record again" if you are not satisfied with your recording. Once satisfied click on the "Save" button. Note, each item in the order will have its own recording time, so you can record different messages for each item in the order.

Only once you've saved a message that it will be used to record your message on your chosen toy or card. Note, that most of our toys and cards allow the max recording time of 10-12 sec. Do not exceed that time or else the part of message exceeding the record time won't be recording on the card/toy. Keep your message short and clear.

You'll also get opportunity to listen your recorded message on the final page before you confirm your order.

Note: As per our company policy we do not allow any profanity in either audio or text message. Any such message will be discarded and the item shipped without any message.

2) Can I add gift message to my order?
Yes, at checkout page you'll see an option to add Gift Message. Simply add your message there and we will print the message and ship it with your order. Make sure to keep the message short and clear. If the message is for the greeting card we will try to stick the message as a label on the card if it's not too big (less than 15 words).

Note: As per our company policy we do not allow any profanity in either audio or text message. Any such message will be discarded and the item shipped without any message.

3) How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet then you can email at support@toysayhello.com with your order# with subject as "Cancel Order: ". You can check the status of your order by going to your account. Your payment will be refunded in full (including shipping cost) if the order is cancled before it's shipped.

4) Can I record my audio message in any language?
Yes, you may record your audio message in any language you wish to. The message could be in your voice or any other audio medium (for ex., pre-recorded audio, joke, song etc.). All we require is that message be clean, clear and within the record time limit of the chosen item (usually max of 12 sec).

5) Can I order without recording any message?
Yes, at checkout you don't have to record any message if you want to record it in person when you receive the toy/card. All our recordable items have record and play buttons. You can simply press the record button to record your message and playback to listen to it on the item itself. You may record as many times you want until you are satisfied with your recorded message.

6) Where do we ship to?
Currently, we ship in USA only. You may place order from anywhere in the world (all countries that are supported by Paypal gateway for payment). We will happily ship your chosen gift to your friends and relatives living anywhere in USA.

7) My card will not record or play, what do I do?
We test all our cards for record and play before shipping, but in some cases there might still be a problem during shipping. Make sure you are holding the record button down while you record your message. In some cases you may have to open the card little wider to listen to the recorded message. If you are still having problems then please drop us a line or you can return the card for a full refund within 15 days.
